With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry and most of my life in sport, I have trained and studied how to lose weight and body fat percentage by shifting focus to the mind of an athlete. Using performance based training can help your self esteem when trying to achieve a fit, lean body. So when you go to a gym or start any type of fitness program, always start by fitness testing and screening this will then ensure you have a safe workout plan with bench marks and goals to achieve.
